Jay Egolf, MD is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who brings over 23 years of surgical and clinical experience to Valley Eye Institute. He has performed more than 10,000 cataract surgeries and over 15,000 other ophthalmic procedures including lasers, intraocular injections, and eyelid surgeries throughout his career practicing in Washington DC and, for the past 20 years, central and southern OH.

Outside of work, Dr. Egolf enjoys church activities, volunteering, music, traveling, and playing video games with his wife and daughters. His dedication to his patients, passion for eye surgery, and participation in professional organizations make him a trusted and respected ophthalmologist among physician peers and patients alike.
